RESOLUTIONS
Resolutions establish Planning Commission policies or actions and require a majority vote. Resolutions are binding decisions and can be altered, repealed or changed by a subsequent Planning Commission action. They become effective immediately unless otherwise specified.
Archived Resolutions
If you know the number of the resolution you are seeking, select List of Resolutions. This will take you to a directory of years.
Select the year you want to view. This takes you to a listing of all resolutions for that year. The resolution numbers are listed at the far right of each line entry.
Select the resolution you wish to view. This will open a pdf version of the resolution you can view and print. Please note that not all attachments are available in digital format. To view or obtain a hard copy of any attachments, contact the City Clerk's office or go to the Public Records page and download a request form.
How to interpret document names:
File names for each resolution are labeled first by year, next by
governing body, third by document type and lastly by resolution
number.
