Computer Assistance
For novices to savvy users, free computer assistance is
offered on the Senior Center computers. Take advantage of
these one-on-one tutoring sessions covering basic to advanced
computer knowledge. Learn how to set up and connect to the
Internet and exchange email and photos with your grandchildren if
you like. Monday and Tuesday by appointment.

available for members to use daily, so come on in and take a

Fibromyalgia Arthritis
Foundation Group
A monthly support group for those suffering with Fibromyalgia Arthritis. Meets the
3rd Thursday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon at the Senior Center. For more information call

Health Screenings Provided by EOC
4th Wednesday of the month, 9:00 a.m. - noon
Services include: Total cholesterol test, blood pressure,
anemia and double diabetes screening and nutrition counseling.

Legal Aide for Seniors
Free legal advice for 60+ in the form of free 30-minute
consultants regarding estate planning, probate, living wills,
and other issues affecting seniors. To schedule an appointment

Lending Library
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The library is open to all who enjoy reading a variety of
books. There is an extensive selection in both paperback
and hardcover; books are borrowed on the honor system. Borrowing
a book is free and you're welcome to keep the book until you're
done. Read at your leisure!

Medicare Counseling - HICAP
1st and 3rd Fridays of the month, noon - 2:00 p.m.
A HICAP volunteer is available to assist you with Medicare issues. To schedule an appointment call HICAP at 1-800-434-0222.
Nutrition Services
A hot lunch is served daily at 11:30 a.m. Suggested donation
is $2.75 per meal. Menus are available at the Senior Center.
Home delivery is also available. Two day advance reservation is
required. For reservations call Renee at 238-4831.
Rides 4 Seniors!
Friendly Rides 4 Seniors is a volunteer organization
designed to meet the needs of non-driving, homebound seniors in
Paso Robles, Atascadero, Templeton, San Miguel, and nearby
areas. Friendly Rides 4 Seniors is organized as a program
of the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Senior
Volunteer Services, a tax-exempt 501c3 nonprofit community
service agency. Operating within a 15 mile radius of Paso
Robles, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

A volunteer is available to talk about possible help with
utilities (PG&E, gas, propane, etc.). For more information call

Senior Advisory Committee Public Meetings
2nd Monday of the month, 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
The committee serves as the advisory body to the Paso Robles
City Council. You are invited to attend and keep up with the
matters facing seniors today.

Senior Center Membership
Adults aged 50 and above are welcome to join the Senior Center.
Annual dues are $10 per household and membership offers you these
benefits: Monthly newsletter mailed to your home, reduced
program fees and use of drop-in activity rooms, the opportunity to
meet lots of new friends and the change to participate in new and
exciting activities.
