Women's Empowerment & Self Defense Class
Class offered: March 29 or May 4, 2010
The workshop will focus on improving your awareness and assertiveness skills & will teach you physical techniques that can help you escape a dangerous situation. Classes are held on Mondays from 6pm to 10pm at Centennial Park. CALL SARP at 545-8888 to register. Strongly recommend this class for all women, ages 12 & up.

Downhill Derby

River Oaks Hot Springs
Free for youth, ages 8 to
13. Join us at River Oaks Hot Springs (Buena Vista Drive
entrance north of Cuesta College). Applications for participants
will be available at local schools or the Public Safety Center
in May. Youths planning to participate are encouraged to bring

Tours of the Public Safety Center, home of Police and Emergency Services are by appointment only. If schedules permit, we will introduce you to our K-9 Officers, Motors and other “specialized” units.
