Single Family Residence

An Engineering Site Inspection is required prior to occupancy of a building or project, or for the release of an Engineering Bond. Before requesting a Final Inspection please review the sample Tentative Punchlist of Corrections for Residential [pdf:86k/1pp]. If you determine that you are ready for your single-family residence Final Grading Inspection, please fill out the form below.

All Engineering Inspections

Engineering Division inspection requests must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day preceding the inspection date. Inspection requests received after 4:00 p.m. will be made after the following business day.

Limit of 2 inspections per project per day, unless “light” scheduling allows for extra accommodation.

Work should be ready for inspection at the beginning of the workday. Inspections are normally scheduled geographically. AM/PM may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
