OVERVIEW OF ENGINEERING DIVISION

The Engineering Division is responsible for insuring that private developments are designed in a manner consistent with City and other applicable codes and standards. The Engineering Division deals with development on private property and connections to City infrastructure (water and wastewater). For work in the public right-of-way (streets, sidewalks, etc.) or on city-owned property, please contact the Public Works Department at (805) 237-3861.
