OVERVIEW OF BUILDING DIVISION

The Building Division oversees the plan check and inspection process for all construction requiring a Building Permit (view Process Flowchart). The Building Official and a team of construction management specialists also oversee major City Capital projects including those buildings authorized for funding by the voter approved “Measure D” of 1998.

Commercial Activity Report The Commercial Activity report outlines current commercial or industrial project activity in the City.
Residential Activity Report The Residential Activity report outlines all residential development activity in the City, including single-family approved tracts and multi-family approved projects.

Approved Permits
This report shows all of the permits issued in the previous month.

Count Valuation
Shows how many permits of each type were issued in the previous month and their valuation.

Final Permits
Shows all permits finalled in the previous month.
