MINUTES

Minutes are an action-oriented account of what occurred and who spoke at a meeting. Minutes are not official until approved by the City Council -- usually at the next regular meeting.

Archived Minutes

To search archived minutes, go to the Advanced Search page.

If you know the meeting date of the minutes you are seeking, select list by date. This will take you to a directory of years. The range of years is listed at the far right of each line entry (e.g., 1990-1999).

Select the range of years you want to view. This takes you to a listing of all minutes for that range of years. The meeting dates are listed at the far right of each line entry. Select the specific date of the minutes you wish to view. This will open a pdf version of the document that you can just view or print.

How to interpret document names:

File names for each document are labeled first by year, next by governing body, third by document type and lastly by date.

Note: older files may have _ (underscore) in the titles. These are just the same as spaces.
