MINUTES
Minutes are an action-oriented account of what occurred and who spoke at a meeting. Minutes are not official until approved by the City Council -- usually at the next regular meeting.

Select the range of years you want to view. This takes you to a listing of all minutes for that range of years. The meeting dates are listed at the far right of each line entry. How to interpret document names:
File names for each document are labeled first by year, next by governing body, third by document type and lastly by date.
For example:
- 2002 CC MIN 07-02 = 2002 City Council Minutes July 2
Note: older files may have _ (underscore) in the titles.
These are just the same as spaces.
