Dial-A-Ride
Dial-A-Ride (DAR) is a demand-response public transit service providing curb-to-curb service anywhere within city limits. All buses are lift equipped to serve the mobility impaired. Regional Transit Authority (RTA) Route 9
Regional Transit Authority (RTA) serves Paso Transit Center, San Miguel, Templeton Park and Ride, El Camino Real in Atascadero, Santa Margarita, Cal Poly and San Luis Obispo. Service routes, rates, and a detailed map are available at the San Luis Obispo Regional Transit Authority (SLORTA) website or by calling 805-781-4472.
Because the NCS now serves Cuesta College, RTA Route 9 no longer will serve the college, this change made it possible to provide hourly service throughout the day connecting Paso Robles, Atascadero and San Luis Obispo. All buses are lift equipped to serve the mobility impaired and feature bicycle racks.
