The inaugural Festival of the Arts was an unqualified success, with an estimated attendance of 5,000 people, great weather and smiling faces all around.

Hats off to Anne Laddon and Sasha Irving for organizing along with the City such an elegant, pleasing, fun, jam-packed day of festivities from quick draw and stilt walkers to live music all day. The artists were treated with exceptional care...provided canopies and Pro Panels, gift totes, breakfast and lunch, art angels to relieve you in your booth, cashiers and so much more. The kind of special touches that you see only in top-notch art festivals such as Sausalito and Santa Barbara. I felt honored to be invited to do this event and pleased to be in such great company.
